Self-Care for the Busy Woman

We live in a society where busy has been glorified and you're expected to be super-woman. You have been taught that if you can't hack it, you're failing. You have also been taught that asking for help is a sign of weakness, and taking time for yourself is selfish. Here's the thing; you can run around a pretend to be superwoman, giving everyone less than your best, but giving everyone a piece of you. OR you can take some time for yourself and show up as your best self every day.

This can change your life. You can become your best self. You can show up as someone you're proud of. Someone who offers their kids the happiest mommy, their husband the most supportive partner, and their boss the most efficient employee. Doesn't that sound great?

You need to be there if...

You feel overwhelmed

You're tired of feeling tired

You feel like you're on a hamster wheel, always running but getting nowhere

You're ready to make some changes!

I used to be just like you. I used to run around pretending that everything was fine and that I could do it all. I used to tell people that 4 hours of sleep was enough and I had never said no. This lead me to feel burnt out and exhausted all the time. I started to resent my job, I didn't have any friends, and I complained about my life more than I celebrated it. I suffered from endometriosis and allowed that to wear me down even further.

Until one day I said enough.

It was then that I began my journey to becoming the best version of myself that I could be. I started to work towards being Purely You. One of the biggest game-changers for me was learning how to take care of myself again. How to fill my own cup. How to find my peace and reignite my passions.

In many small steps, my life has changed and it's time for yours to change too.

Grab your favorite drink, a cozy sweater, and let's chat all about it. I cannot wait to see where this takes you!

See you there,

When will I see you there?
